Heading Home
A supported living home for younger adults with mild to moderate disabilities. It provides a step-down opportunity for individuals recovering from hospital stays or mental health challenges to regain the confidence and skills needed for independent living.
Chapel House
A home for children with autism and learning disabilities, focused on community engagement and life skills. This home will be dual-registered with CQC and Ofsted to provide personal care where required.
