Kezi & Clay Healthcare is an organisation that offers high-quality housing for people with complex needs. The organisation has over 15 years of experience delivering social care services and has helped develop communities and change lives in England. The organisation offers a wide variety of services, including residential care for children and young people, supported living, semi-independent living, home care services, and community support services. Kezi & Clay’s children’s homes provide valuable experiences for young people thanks to the staff’s expertise, therapeutic support, and a genuine, caring approach.
The organisation also offers support for care leavers, including semi-independent living, care leaver trainer flats, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing, self-confidence and determination, CBT therapy services in-house, and financial advice and assistance. Kezi & Clay’s supported living services are designed to provide personalised care and support in areas such as motivation, self-care and living skills, managing money and personal administration, social networks and relationships, physical health, emotional and mental health, meaningful use of time, managing tenancy and accommodation, and offending.
The organisation also provides disability support services, including supported housing, supported housing with care, hospital discharge service, and respite care. Finally, Kezi & Clay offers home care services, including domiciliary care and live-in care, and community support services, including day care centers, shopping trips, social events, and medical appointments.
Our People
Managing Director
Nompu leads our care division. She has over 15 years’ experience in Health & Social Care Regulation and high level Project Management within the NHS.
Director of Assets & Facilities
Manake covers our supported housing division. He has over 19 years’ experience ranging from a support worker, housing management with local authorities and registered social landlords and project management within the construction industry.
Ofsted Manager
Nicola Ward has extensive experience in the health and social care sector, with over 10 years of experience as a Registered children’s home manager. Nicola is Led by a passion for compassionate care and a wealth of experience in the field, she strives to ensure that every individual feels at home. From overseeing daily operations to fostering a sense of community.
Deputy Manager
Kelly plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. Bringing a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role, Kelly work’s hand-in-hand with the team to create a home-like atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Operations Manager
Kathryn supports the Directors of Kezi & Clay. She has extensive experience in the legal field. She believes her transition into the care industry is the pathway she has been seeking. She is passionate about the development, support, health and happiness of others.
Executive Administrator
Melissa supports the team at Kezi & Clay. She works closely with the Managers in compliance and staffing. She is passionate about the care industry and very pleased to be part of the team.

With over 20 years experience as an independent foster carer and special needs teacher, Jennie bring knowledge and expertise in child development and safeguarding.
